Yes!  We have General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance up $1,000,000 and this is covered at no additional charge to our clients.  We cover our company and employees but this will not cover the hosts of the event.  We can add venues as an additional insured if required at no additional cost.  

No.  Under Oregon state law the clients must provide the alcohol.  But we work with you on what you would like to serve and we will give you a detailed shopping list as well as recommended locations for purchasing alcohol.  Mixers are available for $5 per person.  You can purchase your own mixers but most of our clients choose for us to handle this so its one less thing they need to do.  Mixers include soda and drink mixes.

No, we are not allowed to sell alcohol at your event due to licensing.  A hosted bar is the only option we are able to provide.

Yes!  All of our employees are OLCC certified and also have a Food Handlers Permit.  

No.  We will handle bringing all drinking and chilling ice.  

No, we do not tap kegs.  They are more of a problem at most venues then they are worth.  When we discuss your shopping list we will give you a list based on cans/bottles.  

Yes and No.  50 miles from Salem round trip are included (25 miles each direction).  Anything over that will be $2 per mile.

Yes!  In our mixer package we include soda and other mixers that can be served without alcohol.  

We will work with you on a customized shopping list based on what you would like to serve and the number of guests you are expecting.

Go to our Services page and complete the quote request.  Once received we will send over a final quote, contract, and invoice for your review.  A signed contract and 50% initial payment is required to secure our services with the remaining 50% due 30 days before the event. 

Yes!  We can setup a bar outdoors but we do require that we are under cover and on flat ground.  If there is no space available at the venue to offer a covering we can bring a pop up tent for $100.

However many you need us to!  With over 250 guests we do require a second bar setup in order to be able to serve your guests in a timely manner.  Contact us for specific pricing for more than 250 guests.
